Since then he has guided policy development and led projects to select global immigration and destination service providers. Prior to that Chris was with DuPont in Core Human Resources as Global Manager – Transferee Services, where he led the international team. In that role he also established the Global Mobility Center of Expertise, generated the first global policy for international assignments and led various corporate projects. Chris has served on various councils, including the NFTC’s Expatriate Management Committee, the Dept of State Overseas Schools Advisory Council, ORC Client Advisory Group, and Deloitte & Touche’s Conference Executive Advisory Board. Philip A. Rudolph is a “focal” for international contract labor activities for Boeing. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of HR. Over 10 years has been in the international HR arena. Ms. PEGGY SMITH, SCRP, GMS, is the Director, Global Mobility for Microsoft Corporation. Her responsibilities include design and implementation of Microsoft’s global program strategy for permanent and assignment relocation, management of Microsoft’s Relocation Center of Excellence Operation, and evaluation of all relocation policies.
Peggy’s previous Microsoft positions include OEM operations manager for North America and marketing account manager for various internal customer units. Prior to joining Microsoft, she spent 11 years in various customer service, operational and international sales functions at R.R. Donnelley & Sons.
She holds a B.A. from Seattle University, as well as the Worldwide ERC® Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations. Her involvement with Worldwide ERC® has included presentations, articles, and a variety of committee assignments, and led to recognition with a Meritorious Service Award in 2004 and the Distinguished Service Award in 2006, 2007 and 2009.
