CANCELLATION POLICY
GLOBALHRNewsMedia (the company) offers a Credit Voucher to the value of the cash amount invested, to be valid for a period of 6 months. No refunds or partial refunds are provided for cancellation. Authorized registrations are deemed 100% payable on receipt. Payment is due in advance of the conference unless agreed-in-writing-in-advance by the company. If you are unable to attend the event, you may select an in-house colleague to represent you in your place at any time and at no additional cost; or use the credit voucher offered by the company.
In cases of medical leave, a doctor's note will be accepted towards issuance of credit voucher. Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, wars, insurrections, strikes and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected (including mechanical, electronic, or communications failure). No refund, partial refund or alternative offer will be made.
