ABOUT THIS SESSION:
WHAT DO COMPANIES DO
WHEN THE "GOING GETS MORE DIFFICULT" TO ASSURE EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT?
WHAT DO COMPANIES DO TO KEEP A POSITIVE FOCUS?
SESSION FORMAT:
We will work to better understand how ill-health can be assessed and measured and how it can provide valuable insights in developing adequate responses to help contain any impairments. Failure to do so comes with a price, often leaving people disconnected and unable to remain engaged and productive.
Corporations pay a high price most often underestimated because poorly understood and evaluated.
Knowing the right tools and employing the necessary expertise often creates opportunities and comes with secondary gains which by far outweight needed investments to make adequate progress in this area.
Measuring soft factor issues, dealing with such difficult concepts as intrinsic motivation, personal drive and ambition but embedded in a more holistic understanding of people in this demanding world of our current economic realities often leaves decision makers puzzled.
